why me?

I spent 20 years building a highly successful career in strategic brand marketing for leading brands & industry-disruptors, the type of organisations that move fast and thrive off pressure. Organisations like: Cadbury, Philadelphia, Heinz and Radox.  The best part of those 20 years was having the privilege to lead, mentor and coach high-performing teams. I learnt a lot about results. Success. Pressure. “Winning”. People management. But the birth of my two daughters taught me more about myself than I ever thought possible. And it was then I decided to revisit what success meant to me.

Through my professional training as a coach, I’ve been able to look back on those 20 years and, while I’m immensely proud of everything I achieved, I am also able to see ways that I could have made mine and everyone else’s lives much easier, healthier and – overall – more successful.  I just didn’t have the tools or language for it then. Now, I use both my extensive corporate background with my leadership coaching skills to ensure that no leader ever has to feel like they’re going it alone, and no organisation gets so lost in the busy-ness that they forget about their people.
